Brushy Mountain Motor Sports Park

Major legislation affecting off-road vehicles is pending in the North Carolina legislature and may come up for a vote within the next 30 to 60 days. Senate Bill H86 (3rd edition), if passed, would require all-terrain vehicles and motorcycles that are used as off-road vehicles to be registered with the Division of Motor Vehicles, much as cars and trucks are currently. Along with the registration would be accompanying fees intended to create a new stream of revenue for the Department of Environment and Natural Resources. This bill has not yet passed. Please read it in our provided link below and contact your representatives should you disagree with it.
